Abstrakt

Description: We present the case of a 32-year-old male with advanced gingivobuccal carcinoma involving the left gingivobuccal sulcus, retromolar trigone, cheek mucosa, buccinator muscle, and skin.(Fig 1) Imaging revealed lymphadenopathy of submandibular and upper jugular nodes on the same side.
